At our Constituency Office (formerly the Terence Young Community Action Centre), we’re
working hard to make it truly your office! Constituency Assistants Joan Gibb
and Kim Blain will do their best to answer your questions, or to arrange
for a meeting with Terence.
The Constituency Office is open daily from 9:30 AM to 4 PM (to 6 PM on Wednesdays), and you can
leave a message or send us an email anytime — we will typically get back to you the next
business day.
If you are in Ottawa, please feel free to call our Legislative Assistant Glenda
Eimantas – she will be happy to assist as well.
You can count on us to be your government liaison, to offer assistance in
dealing with any Federal Government department, agency or crown corporation, or provide you
with information about any Federal government programs and services.

If your organization has an upcoming event which you would like Terence to attend or

If you would like to receive a celebratory message on the occasion of a special
birthday, anniversary, or other celebration, please call our Constituency Office.
Certificates of Achievement
If you would like to receive certificates of achievement from Terence Young for your
organization’s members and volunteers, please contact the Constituency Office. |
Request Tickets for Question Period
If you are in Ottawa and have a group between 10 and 50 individuals who would like to
attend Question Period, please contact our Constituency or Legislative office. (Note:
Individuals or groups of fewer than 10 people do not need passes to attend QP.)
Parliament Hill Tours
If you plan a trip to Ottawa and would like to arrange for a group tour of Parliament
Hill, please download this
form and fax it to 613-993-6501. Let our Legislative Office know of your visit
and, if Terence is in town, he will do his best to greet you as well.
Canadian Symbols
If you would like to receive copies of the officlal portrait of Her Majesty the Queen and
the Duke of Edinburgh, or a supply of small Canadian flags and pins for your event, please
