The Kerr Street Community Consultation Committee Meeting, March 17, 2009

Terence attended a meeting of the Kerr Street Community Consultation Committee. It is one of 16 committes established throughout Halton by the Halton Regional Police Service to encourage community to collaborate with HRPS front-line officers in addressing local community and policing priorities.

KSCCC supports a variety of community projects, including the Kerr Street Christmas Tree Lighting and supplying gifts to residents in need. Committee members develop proactive approaches to identified concerns, address problems, and consult with community partners such as health and social services or even local municipal or regional traffic departments.
